The weather was just amazing yesterday ,, so Amishka, Nahla and I decided to go and visit Old Jeddah (albalad) .. the experience was funny, sad and indescribable overall... Funny because we met some people we'd never think that we would meet .. and Sad because we realized how precious and valuable is that place .. but yet its fading day after day ...

If only I had the kibda sandwich I wanted ...

I thought of taking some photographs and share it here for those who didnt get the chance to see Albalad.

Family and Friends ... we're all sick of doing nothing but restaurants ... so we decided to have a different night ... 3EESH Party ... we baked our own bread created our own Pizzaz and everything was incredibly yummy .. ohh and let's not forget what made the night extra special .... charades yes we played it.

"Hajj" or pilgrimage to Mecca is one of the five pillars of Islam.Its an an act of worship just like prayers ...etc Muslims from all over the world gather in Mecca in the last month of Muslim calendar and worship Allah, it lasts for several days.Its an amazing occasion that brings Muslims of all countries, colors, and races to one place, and thanks to Allah I just came back from Hajj. <3

every time I check any issue of my favorite comic book "samandal", I find that Mazen kerbaj's short stories are my favs ... I collected all his comic stories from samandal .. but I've never searched him until NOW !! and when I did I spent TWO HOURS in his blog ... and I'm Officially in love ...

Mazen Kerbaj was born in 1975 in Beirut and lived there since. His main activities are comics, painting and music. After a lot of works for different publishers and magazines, it is in March 2000 that he releases some of his more personal works in his Journal 1999 (a dairy in comics' format). He self-published eight other books and many short stories since.
